Proliferated Drones

Podcast Series on Policy

How should the U.S. Adapt to a World of Proliferated Drones?

ABOUT THE SERIES

The U.S. monopoly on drones has ended. More than 30 nations already have or are developing armed drones, and at least 90 nations, as well as some non-state actors, possess unarmed drones. Further drone proliferation is inevitable.

Paul Scharre, Senior Fellow and Director of CNAS’ Technology and National Security Program, hosts this podcast series to explore policy choices for the Trump Administration. Guests include colleagues from CNAS and drone experts from the Center for the Study of the Drone, the University of Pennsylvania, and New America.
